Ingredients
- ½ cup condensed milk
- 4–5 betel leaves
- 2 tbsp ghee
- 1 cup desiccated coconut
- Gulkand
How to make :
Simple Paan Coconut Ladoos Recipe
- Add ½ cup of condensed milk along with 4–5 betel leaves to a mixer grinder and grind.
- Take a saucepan and add 2 tbsp of ghee along with 1 cup of desiccated coconut and mix until golden brown.
- Pour in the condensed milk mixture and mix thoroughly to form a dough.
- Once cool enough to handle, take small portions of the dough and press it flat in the middle to add some gulkand.
- Enclose the paan ladoos and make small balls; cover with desiccated coconut.
Special Tip
You can add some cardamom powder to the mix as well for that subtle flavour.
