Ingredients

  • 1 cup white chocolate
  • 1 cup crushed vanilla wafers
  • ½ cup condensed milk
  • ¼ cup cashew powder
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 2 tbsp Britannia butter
  • ¼ tsp strawberry essence
  • ¼ tsp red food colour

How to make :

Strawberry Fudge Recipe for Fruity Bliss

  1. Put 1 cup of chopped white chocolate in a pan along with ½ cup of condensed milk.
  2. Add ¼ cup each of milk and cashew powder along with 2 tbsp of butter.
  3. Mix the ingredients on medium flame and then increase the heat.
  4. Add 1 cup of crushed vanilla wafers along with ¼ tsp of strawberry essence.
  5. Mix well until the mixture comes together and becomes thick then turn off the heat.
  6. Keep the white chocolate fudge aside to cool for 2–5 min.
  7. Divide the mixture into two equal portions; take one portion in a bowl and keep aside.
  8. Add ¼ tsp of red food colour to the other portion still in the pan (optional).
  9. To assemble the fudge, take a greased rectangular dish and alternate the white and red mixtures in the dish to create a beautiful design.
  10. Press the mixture together to blend and decorate the strawberry fudge with pink sprinkles.
  11. Keep it in the refrigerator for about 2 hours to set.

Special Tip

You can also decorate the strawberry fudge with chopped pistachios for a little crunch.
