Everyone’s soon to be favourite pick-me-up, this rich and creamy tiramisu dessert is made with a blend of coffee, vanilla, and a touch of chocolate! This tiramisu recipe made in tiny cups is perfect for parties or even to have by yourself!

Ingredients
- 1 cup mascarpone
- `1 cup cream
- ¼ cup icing sugar
- Dash of vanilla extract
- 2 tsp brandy
- 6 vanilla sponge cake
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- espresso
How to make :

- Take a mixing bowl and add 1 cup each of mascarpone and cream.
- Add ¼ cup of icing sugar and a dash of vanilla extract.
- Use a whisk to combine everything and keep aside.
- Make the coffee mix by pouring in espresso and 2 tsp of brandy.
- Slice up a ready vanilla sponge cake into small pieces.
- Prepare mini glasses to serve the tiramisu cups.
- Add about a spoonful of the espresso mixture into the glasses followed by the cake slice and again a few more spoons of the coffee.
- Scoop out a few spoons of the mascarpone mix and add it to the glass.
- Repeat the layering process till you reach the top.
- Take a sieve and dust cocoa powder on top to finish off your tiramisu dessert!
Special Tip
You can add any kind of coffee liquor instead of brandy to change it up a bit.
