- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- Pinch of salt
- 100 gm white chocolate
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 4 tbsp fresh cream
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- Chocolate sauce

- In a saucepan, add sugar and cornstarch along with a pinch of salt.
- Mix everything together before turning on the flame.
- Gradually pour in the milk and keep whisking until the mixture becomes thick.
- Add some chopped white chocolate to the thickened mixture and whisk to melt it.
- Pour in the fresh cream and using the whisk, mix again.
- Add some softened unsalted butter to the mixture while you keep stirring.
- Finally, add some vanilla essence and pour the prepared vanilla pudding mixture into any glass or bowl while it is still warm.
- Pop the glasses into the fridge for 3–4 hours or until set.
- Decorate the milk pudding with some chocolate sauce and garnish with a mint leaf.
Special Tip
You can use strawberry crush instead of chocolate sauce if you’re in the mood for something more fruity!
